The hotel had great facilities including a lovely pool and clean changing rooms. the crèche was a hit with our little one and he didn't want to leave. - the restaurant was great and accommodated our fussy eater.

The rooms were a bit small and noise from adjacent rooms was audible. There seemed to be a lack of good customer service and they kept our deposit.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the inclusive amenities for families and the attention to detail. the hotel offered a nursery and babylistening service, allowing parents to enjoy the spa or have a romantic candlelit dinner. the children's facilities, including an orangery for meals and an excellent creche, were fantastic. the staff was friendly, and the food in the candlelit restaurant was of a high standard. the hotel had a cozy country house feel, and the room we stayed in, called "boys," was beautifully appointed with three windows and a fireplace in the bathroom. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like hooks in the bathroom, a kettle, and a conveniently placed multi-socket. the entire building and premises were stunning, and there was even a swing in the yard. It felt like a home away from home.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
